eCom Manager (m/f/d)
You love e-commerce, have an eye for quality, and can juggle 5 balls at once? As an eCom Manager, you're responsible for online shop & conversion optimization for our brands and work closely with our COO Sven (Ex-Shopify). You ensure our shops deliver an outstanding customer journey. Based on quantitative analyses (A/B Testing, Google Analytics, UX Tests), you optimize our online shops together with our developers.
What to Expect
- Improve user experience together with the design and development team
- Continuous analysis and reporting of e-commerce metrics to identify optimization potential
- Develop test hypotheses to optimize our Shopify-based online shops (CRO)
- Close collaboration with performance marketing to monetize traffic
- Work closely with our COO (Ex-Shopify)
What You Bring
- Experience using Shopify and optimizing online shops
- Experience conducting CRO and A/B tests
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Initial experience in project management for digital products (Scrum, Agile, etc.)
